Convert incandesent lighting to Florescent or LED energy efficient lighting.

California Title 20 states portable lamps sold in or into California must:

• Have a GU-24 socket for use with a florescent  or LED lamp.
  OR
• Have 2 or 4 pin sockets wired to a florescent ballast.

At Nowell's Lighting we can convert your existing lamps and light fixture to meet these energy efficient standards. When you need to meet California Building codes we are here to help.

Check back soon for an example of an old 3 down light victorian fixture.  Originally with 3 incandecent light bulbs.  It was brought to us for conversion.  Now uses 3 GU24 sockets and accepts self balasted GU24 compact flourescent bulbs or LED. Ready to meet energy efficient building codes.
